        Invitation to White House
                                  - For the Hard-working People-

                                                  Daniel H J Youn

My daugther, Bonnie Youn, a civil right lawyer in the U.S.
was invited to White House.

She called me at mid-night, saying she is taking
picture with President Obama.
In half-sleeping, I could hear that I am the first one
who was receiving  her telephone call.
To me, the word 'First' is more important than the excitment.

It has been a long time since she arrived in the States
and has gone through a lot of hardship, not  uncommon.
But the invitaion is the best comfort we ever received.
The Amercan Dream is realized but
the reod was bumpy all the way of her life.
To me, it is more important because the invitor is
the black American  Presdent who was also a minority.

The hard-working people produced Secretary General of
the United Nations and President of the World Bank,
the most prestgious jobs in the internatonal careers.
It is nothing but the hard-working, God blessed the hard-workers
To me, the 'hard-working' is the key word to be kept in mind.

White House, the white colored house is the symbol of
the supremacy where the hard-working people is working
in a black suit. To me, the word " hard-working. is more important
than the symbol of  supremacy.
