 I am here with you to share the sorrow           혼자 참기 어려운 설음을 위해
that you could not swallow alone.                        나   여기 당신과 함게 있어요.
If my flute in improvisation fantasia in G major       G선상의 즉흥환상곡이
could not comfort you                                           당신을 위로 하지 못한 다면
do not worry so much because his loneliness is   너무 상심마라,  그의 외로움은
a sign of truthful friendship that his soul is                당신이 찾아오길 갈망하는
longing for your coming.                                         진정한 우정의 표시이니            

Ah !!  my true friend, true freind, I am here              아! 나의 진정한 친구여
with my flute to share your loneliness and sorrow.    내가 피리를 들고 찾아 왔노라
